3.2 We process the personal data of Your registration to the JPC Cartoon Competition (‘registration data’). These registration data include:
Date of birth;
City of residence;
Country of residence.
The source of these registration data the relative (e.g. mother/father) who is legally authorized to provide Your registration data from Our ‘online contact form’.
The registration data are processed exclusively for Your participation to the JPC Cartoon Competition and nothing else.
The legal basis for this processing is the consent provided via Our website by Your relative (e.g. mother/father) who is legally authorized to provide your registration data from Our ‘online contact form’.
Moreover, for processing Your ‘head photo’, the legal basis is the ‘explicit consent’ that Your relative can provide thicking the specific box during the registration process.

4.1 We don’t disclose any of the Your registration data to any member, anywhere. They are collected, used and stored internally by the JPC – Jerusalem Press Club for the purpose of the Cartoon Competition only.

5.1 In this Chapter 5, We provide information about the circumstances in which Your personal data are transferred to Israel.
5.2 We are established in Israel, a State whose data protection law has been deemed ‘adequate’ by the European Commission as You can find here. This means that We are legally authorized to process Your personal data coming from all the EEA.

6.1 This Chapter 6 sets out Our data retention policies and procedure, which are designed to help ensure that We comply with Our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal data.
6.2 We will retain Your personal data as follows:
(a) The registration data will be retained for the entire duration of the Cartoon Competition following the date of Your registration, and for a maximum period of 4 months following the end of the competition on the 3rd of May, 2019.

7.4 You have the right to have any inaccurate personal data about You rectified and, taking into account the purposes of the processing, to have any incomplete personal data about You completed.

7.8 Individuals, schools and affiliated organizations are able to use the work for their own purposes as long as they name the JPC as the main sponsor and organizer.
