On Thursday, October 3, 2013 The Jerusalem Press Club proudly hosted Nadine Epstein, Editor and Publisher of Moment Magazine who was visiting Israel with an exciting program of Moment.
Moment Magazine is a rare entity in the the Jewish World. It is an independent magazine not tied to any movement, denomination or ideology. With 100.000 international print and digital edition and newsletter readers plus millions of online visitors, the magazine is known for its first-rate independent long and short form journalism on political, cultural and religious topics of interest to Jews and non-Jews alike.
Nadine Epstein is also the founder and executive director of the Center for Creative Change, and founder of the Daniel Pearl Investigative Journalism Initiative. A longtime journalist, her work has appeared in Moment, The New York Times, The New York Times Magazine, The Washington Post, Smithsonian, The Christian Science Monitor, Ms., and other publications.
In 2004 Epstein relaunched Moment Magazine, co-founded in 1975 by Leonard Fein and Nobel laureate Elie Wiesel, and has forged it into a multi-media platform of highly respected, award-winning independent journalism.
