“Gaza Aid, Due Diligence and the Lessons from World Vision” with Hon. Michael Danby MP, Senior Member of the Australian Parliament

“Gaza Aid, Due Diligence and the Lessons from World Vision” was the topic of the talk given by the Hon. Michael Danby MP, Senior Member of the Australian Parliament. Mr. Danby described his investigation of Australian funds transferred to Gaza through World Vision, and explained that while he endorses aid to Gaza, it is inconceivable that Australian money donated for humanitarian causes might be diverted to digging Hamas tunnels into Israel. Mr. Danby said that his talks with World Vision people were constructive. Prof. Gerald Steinberg, founder and president of NGO Monitor and professor of Political Studies at Bar Ilan University, added his perspective on World Vision, in the context of the general activities of NGO Monitor.
