Press Liaison (Full-time)
The press liaison will assist and execute all tasks relating to JPC’s relationships with reporters stationed in Israel and those visiting, as well as those covering the region from abroad. The liaison will guide reporters through the ecosystem of Israeli experts, officials and members of civil society, in order to facilitate diverse coverage of local sources and news opportunities. He/she will accompany reporters on JPC activities created for the foreign press and provide this cohort with materials to assist their daily work. He/she will report to the press director.
Requirements:
- English mother-tongue level (spoken and written)
- 2 years’ experience in the news industry, Israeli or foreign
- Experience with international audiences
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including occasional weekends) and days, as the news cycle demands
Advantages:

- Fluency in other languages
- Knowledge (professional or academic) of the fields of defense and/or politics

Vice President (Full-time)
The vice-president will oversee JPC’s daily activities vis-à-vis the foreign press as well as the production of services provided by the Club. He/she will manage JPC’s content and press teams, working at the forefront of these projects. These include: press briefings, tours, missions of visiting journalists and large conferences, day-to-day work with the press (requests and membership system), as well as all materials created for internal and external use (databases, factsheets, virtual programming, website etc.). He/she will report to the CEO, and assist her in the execution of logistical tasks necessary for efficient Club operations.
Requirements:
- English mother-tongue level (spoken and written)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the news industry
- Minimum 4 years’ team management experience
- Experience in project management
- Willingness to work flexible hours and days
Advantages:
- Knowledge (professional or academic) of the fields of defense and/or politics
- Experience in problem solving of technical platforms
