Nativ, Genesis and the Jerusalem Press Club joined together to bring a group of leading Jewish journalists from the former Soviet Union. The group included journalists from leading main-stream (not Jewish) media companies in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Odessa, Kiev, Kharkiv, Chisinau, Minsk, Novosibrsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Tashkent.
The participents met with Ministers, Members of the Knesset, immigrants from the former Soviet Union and various speakers, took part in panels and discussions about different issues and visited Yad Vashem, Hebrew University, the Old City, southern Israel, and Sderot.
