Uri Dromi, Director of JPC, participated in Warsaw in the ceremony where the Freedom of Speech Award was given to Alexei Simonov, head of the Organization to Defend Glasnost. The event was arranged by the International Association of Press Club and the Polish Ministry of Culture.
